He has cultivated his expertise across various industries, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 200 companies, and has impacted both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. His global reach extends across all regions, making him a trusted advisor for organizations worldwide. 

At the core of Bryan's philosophy is the belief that organizations are a collection of relationships. This guiding principle deeply influences his approach to talent consulting and executive search. Bryan contends that relationships are not just pivotal for organizational performance but are foundational to life itself. With this belief, he has dedicated his career to working with organizations to build relationship driven cultures. Combining practical experience with a strong educational background, Bryan possesses a unique skill set that enables him to offer informed and nuanced advice. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Penn State, an MS in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and has further enriched his knowledge through executive education at Harvard and MIT. When he is not engaged in helping organizations strengthen their relationships, Bryan finds enjoyment in spending quality time with his family in Westerville, Ohio. Having varied interests, he enjoys traveling to new destinations, biking through scenic trails, and writing about relationships, enriching not just his professional life but also his personal life.

Sherri Miller

Sherri’s career has focused on customer service and sales. Her priority is relationships. She builds relationships by investing time to get to know her clients and candidates. With clients, Sherri works to understand their needs including job requirements, leadership skills, and culture fit. With candidates, she digs deep to understand their capabilities, passion, ideal work environment, and career goals.

Clients and candidates enjoy working with Sherri. They appreciate her thoroughness and attention to detail. Feedback from clients and candidates also highlight her friendly, professional approach with a personal touch to meeting their needs.

Throughout her career, Sherri excelled at meeting customer needs winning awards for exceeding goals. She served on nonprofit boards, has experience with fund raising, and successfully chairing events.

In her spare time, she enjoys baking, gardening, biking, and spending time with her husband, Bryan and daughter, Hannah.
